Qatar Airways A350-900 XWB Hand-Over Ceremony on 22 December

 On Thursday, 12 October 2017  

13 December 2014. Uncertainty of postponement of A350-900 XWB of Qatar Airways is now clear. The first delivery will take place on 22 December 2014.

Previously, Qatar Airways and Airbus plan to hold a delivery ceremony in Toulouse.

The hand-over ceremony should be held today, however Qatar Airways announced to postponed the ceremony until further notice.

Spokesperson of Airbus says the delivery is delay due to technical issues. The Airbus A350-900 XWB is require additional testing before Qatar Airways agree to accept the aircraft. Airbus denies to explain more about technical issue.

In the other hand, Didier Evrard chief of A350 programme said that conceded ten day interval from the production to the delivery was normal and it was a bit optimistic for the first example of new aircraft.
