Russian Military Near-Miss Incident In Denmark

14 December 2014. Danish Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon identifies Russian military aircraft in their airspace.

Dagens Nyheter, spokesman of Danish Air Force says a commercial flight left Copenhagen shortly before noon on Friday, 12 December 2014 was close to colliding with a military flight.

No details information about what commercial aircraft and Russian military aircraft as well as timing during near-miss incident.

The commercial aircraft is known departed Copenhagen headed to Poland afterwards.

The near-miss incident happened amid high tension in the Baltic region due to increase activity of Russian military. They claim Russian aircraft violating the airspace near Denmark.

Currently, Russian military has been involved the Ukrainian crisis over Crimea region.
